Major Responsibility:
1.As the site environmental system leader, lead environmental protection management and systems aligned with the Company's and legal requirements.
2.Establish and maintain 6 environmental protection program sub-systems (Waste Management, Wastewater Discharge, Air Emission, Spill Protection, Boundary Noise, and Dangerous Goods Transportation) according to the Company's policy, ISO14001 system standards, legal requirements and P&G standards & Key Element requirements, trained and qualified as program sub-system owners to lead the environmental protection efforts in the site.
3.Establish and maintain the site Legal Compliance Daily Management System, build good working relationship with local authority, ensure the company operation and behaviors in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations stipulated by the state and local agency.
4.Enforce and boost the company environmental policy, standard operating procedures and P&G standards & KE requirements in environmental quality.
5.Be a resource in environmental protection to offer professional consultary services to the management & all depts, provide environmental training and education for all affected employees and contractors to promote their environmental awareness and build their capability through DSCs, system owners with support of HS&E training system.
6.Initiate, plan, implement, manage and evaluate all environmental projects as necessary.
7.Take/support safety responsibilities along with working in a team to deliver HSE compliance for the plant.
Qualifications:
1.University graduate majoring in engineering subjects, Environmental engineering/science subjects
2.Minimum 2- year working experience on HS&E/Utility position or related qualification training; Manufacturing exposure preferred.
