Main Responsibilities:
A. New Product Management
- Drive for material availability for NPI builds, Line Verification as well as Ramp Up.
- NPI build material management
- NPI BOM readiness checking;
- communicate build requirement with program;
- deliver build instruction to factory internal team;
- NPI and Trial Run obsolescence material handling;
- LV and Ramp Up material management
- ramp up BOM readiness checking;
- communicate LV requirement with product life cycle manager;
- check ramp up demand readiness with product life cycle manager;
- check DV readiness with buyer;
- material issue management in ramp up phase.
B. Project Management (focus on risk analysis and management )
C. PD(Product Development) E-milestone review from factory procurement point of view
D. Risk Order Handling
E. ECN Coordination from Material Point of View
F. Factory Material Management Interface in NPI and Ramp Up Phase.
G. Participate Process Improvement Activities
H. Net work - Program Sourcing Team ( MPM, MSM, MPC, PSQM, PPM, OLPM, PPM ), Global Product Lifecycle Management Team, Suppliers PM, SLM, Global and Volume Factory Material Management Team, Factory Product Project Team ( SOP, Buyer, FSP, CQE, FPL ), Global PPL team, BG Collaboration Team.
Basic Requirements:
- College graduate or above, majoring in Economics, Management, etc.;
- 4years or above working experiences, experience in purchasing field at electronics manufacturing business is preferable
- Experience on material sourcing, procurement, and production planning and project management
- Good command of English and Skillful in using computer and data
- Solid experience about ERP system, SAP R/3 knowledge is preferable
