Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists to coordinate and execute improvement projects inside SOP
- Keep process modifications/changes under control with interfaces to OD
- Maintain and conduct progress reporting
- Keep in close communication with other sites to align strategies and share best practices
- Continuous improvement activities scope include production, maintenance, planning & logistics,
process parameter modifications under boundaries
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (manufacturing, automation, IE), management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience in manufacturing with at least 2 years in project management
- Logic thinking, creative problem solving skill
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill
