Senior Software Engineer /Software Engineer(DCM)

Working Location:Guangzhou;
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and implement various applications according to established RBPM standards and best practices;
* Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation;
* Work closely with support teams on joint development projects;
* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner;
* Monitor and control project development with conformation to CMMI standard using Optimus;
To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
* University graduate with a degree in computer science and 1.5 to 5 years’ IT working experience;
* Solid experience in any of the following technologies is an advantage - AIX, DB2 UDB, Cognos V8, Cognos Powerplay, DataStage EE;
* Knowledge of Credit Risk, Basel II, Management Information and banking systems is a plus;
* Strong problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English;
