职位介绍

· Do HDI related analysis on failing drives and relative components, find root cause and come up with solutions
· Do HDI related research on yield/quality improvement, failure DPPM and test time reduction.
· Act as bridges on HDI technical acquisition from design center and other sites to local site, provide in-depth local FA report to design center for problem solution and improvement on next generation product.
· Co-work with other groups (production, process, core-team and other system engineering team) to work out and push the HDIG solution implementation and populating to other programs.
· Master or Bachelor with minimum 1~2 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
· Following is preferred:
· Experience in the usage of analysis tools eg. Candela, Matlab, Statistics, Fluent, Ansys etc is preferred.
· Strong knowledge in analog and digital electronic circuitry
· Knowledge in the area of Coding and Signal processing will be an advantage.
