MAIN DUTIES / RESPOSNIBILITIES:
·Conduct Kaizen to transform traditional line to a LEAN line.
·Motivate people to change their way of thinking.
·Plan and execute to meet goals (Savings and Headcount).
·Train and educate people to follow the LEAN way.
·Organize Continues Improvement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
·A Degree in any Discipline. (Preferred IE background).
·Lean Training and Experience is essential.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: (Technical/Professional knowledge and skills e.g. Planning & Organizing, problem solving, leadership, decision making etc)
·Leadership skills.
·Planning & organizing skills.
·People Management skills.
·Problem Solving Skills.
·Industrial Engineering knowledge (preferred)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: (e.g. initiative, versatile and adaptable, proactive, attention to detail etc)
·Show high level of Initiative.
·A good listener.
·Pleasant, Friendly but well Disciplined
