Software Engineering Manager,Process(SEPG)

Working Location: Guagnzhou;
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, allocate and monitor SEPG activities assigned to the team;
* Design and implement a Metrics Program;
* Monitor and guide the team;
* Ensure staff motivation & development;
* Ensure Process compliance across projects at GLT;
* Manage New Processes and Quality Initiatives such as CMM, CMMI and PCMM as required;
* Build and sustain process culture;
To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
* QMS Standard related certifications are mandetory (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Assessor, CMMI related certifications like ATM etc.)
* Bachelor Degree, Certifications in quality related professional courses, Masters in Business Administration;
* Good command of written and oral English;
* 10 years or above experience in the process and quality management function;
* 10 years or above experience in software quality model and framework such as CMMi etc;
