Lead Software Engineer, Project Office

Working Location:Guangzhou;
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure formal and systematic project initiation for all projects being executed by the GLT.
* Maintain on an ongoing basis a repository of project information for all projects that the GLT executes.
* Establish and run a project tracking and reporting mechanism (processes, tools etc.) that provides GLT management a summary view of all projects currently being executed at the GLT.
* Improve the GLTc Intranet and Project Office daily task workflow
To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
* Good command of written and oral English.
* Professional qualification in Computer Science plus at lease 18 months experience or equivalent in IT projects. Basic knowledge of banking operations would be beneficial.
* Capable of planning and organizing a variety of activities to ensure successful implementation of each system
* Have the ability to motivate and lead the project team.
* Keen and enthusiastic.
* Be able to liaise effectively with different levels of personnel within IT as well as users and suppliers;
3628 7181-38|178 4470 1360 16* Has over 5 years’ experience in managing and developing computer applications, OOAD, UML, Java, C++, J2SE/J2EE technology, database programming/administration (Sybase or Oracle), HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, AS400 (RPG) and/or Mainframe.
