Responsibilities:
1.Strong working knowledge of automated materials management system
2.Force in value analysis, cost reduction programs, long-range planning, market analysis, value analysis, availbility studies, and contracting procedures for materials,services,and construction projects.
3.Managing a team of buyer,procurement engineer,warehousing on all aspects of materials management activities.
4.Support the development and implementation of MRP systems in order to ensure the supply,optimal inventory turns,PPV,localization,VMI /CRP,inventory accuracy.
5.Analyze & drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, cost & quality, and site performance metrics.
6.Minimizes exposure (excess, obsolete, receivables); resolves all liabilities in a timely manner.
7.Required a general understanding of metal stamping & electronic manufacturing processes, which may include process engineering, supply chain management, costing or other technical background.
8.Knowledge of China regulatory issues and their impact on SCM concern (legal, duty, VAT,…etc).
9.Fluent in Mandarin & English.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
2.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3.Applicants must be willing to work in Xili,Shenzhen.
4.Preferably Managers specializing in or equivalent.
5.Full-Time positions available.
