Job Description:
-Assistant to management and team members (support team, consultants) to arrange travel, flight booking and hotel reservation, etc. travel issue in BGs, ensure necessary travel logistics works smoothly;
-Documentation and file management: archive and classify project files (test results, training coordination, occasional or vocational days);
-Support of guests from OG and other BGs to arrange their business trips to China;
-Translation coordination for our expat colleagues, act as the coordinator role between our dept. and other Dept. in OCN or external parties;
-PR placing and follow-up to ensure the purchasing activities / Stationary stock checking to ensure “ safety stock “ and refilling / coordinate and control maintenance activities of the department.
Job Requirements:
-College degree or above;
-Experience in administration work of a large team >30 team members;
-Organizational skills;
-Communication skill;
-Fluent English in speaking and writing;
-Ability and willingness to work in international project environment;
