Responsibilities:
1.ESD procedure set up( including ESD technical & admin ).
2.Mentoring and job assignment for the ESD technician.
3.Make sure ESD system reference updated to current ESD standard.
4.ESD audit implementation.
5.ESD material qualification.
6.ESD project qualification.
7.All process ESD qualification (man/machine/method/material & environment).
8.Standardize all ESD items at least one site( including ESD facility, testing method, tester, signs, common material, ESD principle, etc ).
9.ESD facility maintenance.
10.Continuously improve ESD system.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in (Electronic/ Physics/ Science)
2.Fluent in reading /writing in English
3.Familiar with MS office tools and CAD.
4.Good Communication
5.Experience: 3 years ESD experience
6.Familiar with ESD technical skills (ISO14000/TPM)
7.Ability to apply excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.
