Responsibilities:
1.客户要求的了解和沟通.
Understand requirement of customer and communicate with customer for the quality issue.
2.和相关部门一起制作APQP，PPAP，DFMEA，PFMEA等文件.
Prepare the relative documentation, such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Work Instruction, etc,
3.参与不良分析和处理，并跟踪改善措施的实施及效果跟进.
Join to analyze and handle the defects, and follow the corrective action and its effectiveness.
4.相关品质规格的制作和初步审核.
Draft the quality spec and review it.
Requirements:
1.化工、电子或管理专业大专学历或以上.
Junior college degree or above on chemical, electronics or administration major.
2.适当的管理或质量控制培训.
Have got suitable train on the management or quality control.
3.组织、领导及沟通能力强,英文良好.
Good capacity on organization, leadership & communication skill, fluent English both on oral and written.
4.电子，化学化工的知识.
Familiar with the knowledge of electronics & chemical.
5.了解LCM规范和要求.
Familiar with the knowledge of LCM.
6.熟悉品质控制技术.
Good at LCM quality spec & quality control skill.
