1. Responsibilities:
Lead on process IE team
Material flow and factory layout design
Process flow analysis for new product
Set up standard work time for new product
Line layout design
Machine and line capacity design
Manpower demand plan
Machine utilization and efficiency control
Line balancing and efficiency improvement
WIP and RIP control
2. Qualification/Job Requirements:
University bachelor degree or above.
Strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills are required.
Strong communications skills (written and oral) are required.
Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin language preferred.
Knowledge of SMT and electrical assembly process.
Strong presentation skills
Excellent time management skills and exhibit persistence at all times.

Good emotion control in stressful atmosphere.
Well organized capability & leadership.
