招聘职位：Operations Director运营总监(美资)
Duties/Responsibilities:
1、Managing manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and quality of Seitz China
2、Project Management
3、Standard costs management
4、Managing MUV and PPV with standard costs
5、Teamwork across departments to ensure required information or components meets customer requirements.
6、Responsible for assembling, supply chain management, building and facility including production equipment management.
7、Directs and coordinates those departments’ activities to target departments’ goals including quality, continuously improve system and consistent reporting.
8、Monitors the backlog and schedules production to meet 100% on time delivery.
9、Leads the sourcing strategy and actions to meet quality, payment, price requirement and a favorable PPV.
10、Establishes supply chain management policy, goals and implement, monitors and improve warehouse procedures implement to meet backlog and management requirement.
11、Maintains “5S”, safety and security, continuously improve to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
12、LEAN manufacturing
13、Establishes or adjust work procedures and instructions to meet production schedules or customer requirements changes.
14、Provides accurate and timely performance evaluations to subordinates and give them suitable training to develop them and ensure quality performance.
15、Interviews and recommends hiring or disciplinary actions as required.
16、Ensures compliance and promotes company policies and the institutionalization of Quality Systems Requirement and all required reporting to meet company and customer requirements.
17、Cost saving budgeting and targeting
18、Other duties as assigned.
Education/Special Skill Requirements:
1、Bachelor in industrial engineering degree must.
2、Excellent communication skills
3、Strong financial background, cost accounting, such as Budget, Standard Cost, Variance, PPV, MUV, OTD, etc.
4、Strong project management skill
5、Current/Recent Experience directly supervising 20 or more employees is preferred.
6、Must have 10 years at least working experience as operations director in foreign company.
7、Good computer application skills like Office
8、Fluent oral and written English, Chinese.
