本职位工作地点:广东省
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, implement, and oversees human resources policies and activities including, organizational design, manpower planning, employment, com & ben, training and development, performance management, reward management, employee relations, succession planning, internal communications, change management.
Provide professional advice to departments regarding HR in compliance with local laws and regulations to maximize utilization of the Segment’s resources for achieving its objective
Formulation, implementation and delivery of human resources strategies by focusing on differing business scenarios in order to accurately translate the quantity and quality of employees needed in the short, medium and long term to deliver Company objectives in line with the strategic business plan
Formulation, implementation and containment of the Company’s culture and value systems to sustain the Company’s competitive advantage by continuously developing a highly committed and motivated workforce
Day to day management of company’s management policies in area of HR in a fast changing business environment
Provision of professional advice to departments regarding HR, in compliance with local laws and regulations
Establishment and promotion of internal communication system to ensure smooth and multi-dimensional communications so as to support the alignment of all business activities towards the Company’s Hoshin Plan delivery
Development of direct reports and other HR/Admin employees through OJT, coaching, and other activities in order to continuously motivate and improve individual and group performances
Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration, MBA will be an added advantage
2.Sound knowledge and skills in HRM especially in HR strategy formulation, culture and value building and change management
3.Sound knowledge and skills in EHS
4.Sound knowledge and skills in administration
5.Good finance knowledge and skills, especially in budgeting, variances analysis and cost control
6.Sound knowledge in local labor laws and regulations
7.Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing projects
8.Very good skills in delegation and supervision
9.Conversant in MS Office applications both in English and Chinese versions
10.Very good command of both written and spoken English
11.Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
12.At least eight years of experience in HRM
13.Good track records in human resources management
14.Good track records in administration management
15.At least five year experience in a managerial position
16.Exposure in a large scale and fast paced manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
17.Experience in handling merger & acquisition and business integration will be an added advantage
