Responsibilities:
-To manage production teams and cooperate with all supporting functions (process, logistics, quality, procurement).
-To organize the production teams committed to the given objectives and develop a spirit of quality and efficiency based on a strong involvement of employees.
-To support actively the actions and recommendations initialized by the Quality Department in order to reach the shared “zero defect” target.
-To support professional development of all employees to achieve multi-skilled and autonomous teams.
-To constantly improve production process, ensure people involvement.
-To initiate corrective and preventive actions.
-To ensure safety.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering
-Good English level
