1.Bachelor Degree in either science or engineering, prefer Master Degree
2.At least 6 years experience in ISO/TS16949,prefer with background of PCBA, Cable
Experience on supplier survey, audit, qualify.
3.Knowledge of quality tools, like SPC, FMEA, QCP, Why-Why, etc to drive supplier quality improvement.
4.Understand of mechanic, metal, cables material manufacturing process
5.Working knowledge of computer and statistical software is a must
