Responsibilities:
1.Understand the commodity, manage and support worldwide demand and price requirements.
1.Conduct Business review with suppliers.
2.Negotiate pricing to ensure total cost competitiveness.
3.Ownership for Cost Reduction, PPV and other key deliverables.
4.Identifying and proposing low cost alternatives. Drive Business segment or site engineering teams to realize the opportunities.
5.Establish strong relationships with local & global suppliers that place Flextronics’ in a lead position thereby assuring continuity of supply.
6.Resolve specific site, supplier or component issues.
7.Market Intelligence study and plan ahead of the commodity strategy.
8.Support Quote groups or design centers, as required, to obtain competitive and timely quotes.
9.Forecast Commodity cost reductions/price trends/targets.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree holder (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering is preferable) and strong background of commercial handling.
2.Minimum 5 years direct experience with minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management.
3.Strong relationship with Interconnect vendors base, and good negotiation skills.
4.Fluent in English & Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
5.Good communication skill and team spirit.
6.Frequently travel needed and could be able to work independently.
