Responsibilities:
The Lean Engineer reports to and assists the Lean Manager in implementation,supervisory,and training activities. He or she will work to positively drive Lean Manufacturing philosophy throughout work site. Is an internal expert with full range of Lean Manufacturing skills and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:
Be able to identify Lean opportunities,to recommend Lean project to management and/or supported department,leading,implementing,facilitating and driving for results for assigned Lean programs,projects and tasks.
