1.Handle all staffing activities and ensure their effectiveness
2.Assist the section head to develop staffing strategy, process control
3.Support and participate in various improvement programs
Key Requirements:
1.University graduated in HR,Business Administration, Psychology or relevant
2.Minimum 5 years experience in HR field, including 2 years supervisory experience in staffing
3.Proactive, enthusiastic, willing to change, learn&improve
4.Familiar with Labor Law and Local regulation
5.Good command of spoken and written English
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7.Be able to work under pressure
8.PC literate.
