Responsibilities:
1.Leading the team to make sure prototype/preproduction builds on time according to prototype schedule.
2.Schedule the lines according to project requests and CTB (clear to build) status of individual project.
3.Work with engineering to keep all machine conditions to achieve high utilization and low material attrition.
4.Controls materials flow and maintain inventory accuracy in shop floor.
5.Provide data in shop floor to compiling report for necessary department.
6.Fully responsible for discipline workforce and workshop 5S, ESD and security control. Ensure resignation rate is better than prevailing market rate.
7.Cost consciousness and reduce waste.
8.Setup and maintain system and flow in prototype shop
Requirements:
1.Graduate in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical /Inductrial engineering with honors’ degree.
2.PCBA and/or mobile phone assembly preferred.
3.At least 3 years as production manager or engineering manager in similar field.
4.Ability to lead a department and project team with sound track records.
5.Good personality and ability to communicate effectively with all level of employees to attain result timely.
