Responsibilities:
1.To carry out project planning with schedule, milestone and risk management.
2.Collaboration with different engineering team (local and overseas) for the LCD TV development.
3.Interfacing with customer of project planning and schedule discussion.
4.Monitoring overall project schedule and milestone, preparing project tracking list and report.
5.Providing project gate check list and lead project gate review meeting.
6.Providing necessary support, coaching and assistance to junior engineers.
7.Supporting materials sourcing and new product introduction in factory.
8.Oversea travel and on site support are expected.
Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with at least 7 years experience in project management of TV product including LCD TV or digital TV.
2.Good knowledge of digital TV product development including worldwide broadcast standards, certificate and regulation.
3.Strong knowledge of project management and development process.
4.Excellent in project leadership, analytical skills and communication skills.
5.Good knowledge and experience in using MS office such as Excel, Power Point and MS Project.
6.Proven track record in meeting the design requirement of Tier One customer, especially Japanese customer is preferred.
7.Open mind and strong problem solving skills.
8.Good communication and inter personal skills.
9.Strong sense of responsibility and work independently with aggressive.
