Responsibilities:
1.Implement and monitor training engineering course.
2.Partnership with line departments to identify training needs, design
relevant programs and monitor progress.
3.Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend opportunities for improvement.
4.Analyse training information system data and recommend improvement
actions as needed.
5.Can lecture generic course.
Requirements:
1.Two years experiences in Training & Development, or related discipline.
2.Minimum 1 years solid experience in delivering training programs.
3.Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
4.Proficient in PC software in Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
