Responsibilities:
1.Ensure the implmentation of the Company documented quality systems and procedure.
Develop necessary quality procedures.
2.Obtain customer requirements and ensure compliance.
3.Responsible for customer quality, Control Plan, FMEA, customer audit and visit.
4.Approve procedure and instructions.
5.Establish quality targets and monitor continuous improvement.
6.Initiate instantaneous feedback for correction action and implement preventive action to prevent recurrence of same mistake.
7.Participate in MRB decision process.
8.Supervise engineers and supervisors.
9.Response to customer complaints and subsequent assessment of the result of the response.
Conduct process audit to ensure build-in product quality.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years working experience in related field and functions.
2.Good interpersonal & motivational skills.
3.Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written ) in English and to interact with people at all level.
4.Strong leadership and presentation skills.
5.Quality management skills and experienced in the use of statistical and management tools.
6.Clear understanding of QA philosophy & concepts. Practical knowledge on ISO9001:2000, ISO140001, OSHAS18001 & SPC exposure.
