工作职责：
1、产品造型设计的策划、设计，并指导新产品的设计过程及项目管理；
2、组织团队对市场信息调研与信息的采集分析；
3、提出方案，组织方案检讨和设计评审；
4、有效的对设计团队进行管理、激励工作；
任职要求：
1、性别不限，27－35周岁，本科以上学历，工业设计等相关类专业；
2、英语能力突出，能作为工作语言熟练的进行口语、书面的交流；
3、五年以上工业设计经验，对PRO/E、CATIA等设计软件运用熟练，有开关设计行业经验或参与重要产品项目的经历者优先；
4、良好的表达沟通协调能力，创新能力强，乐意接受新鲜事务，良好的市场敏感度。
Responsibilities：
On behalf of a client, apply experienced Project Management Knowledge in the process of delivering Project Management duties.
• Managing approval procedures, design development, in building, construction & engineering projects to ensure project quality & commercial control & client objectives are met.
• Develop and monitor the planning, including scheme, design, procurement, & construction & moniting the progress of project.
• Managing project teams and client suppliers in response to internal or external client requirements
• Obtaining and handle client feedback
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities with the support of local business managers
• Networking with other business units in accordance with the Business Plan
• Coordination with contractor, supplier and client for schedule and correction activity if necessary.
A degree or postgraduate qualification：
• At least five years post-qualification experience working on projects as a project manager
• Significant experience in project management in building, construction & engineering projects.
• Good client management skills, Good construction and or structure steel project experience.
• Highly motivated and able to work both in multidisciplinary teams (including managing such teams) or on own initiative
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Competent in basic IT packages
• Familiarity with working in a QA environment.
• Effective communication skill with fluent spoken and written English.
