职位介绍

Responsibilities:
1.To define product specification to meet customer requirements.
2.To prepare project resource budget including engineering, materials and equipment.
3.In charge for BOM completion and costing analysis.
4.Collaboration with different engineering team (local and overseas) for the LCD TV development.
5.Monitoring resource use of the team and project.
6.Supporting materials sourcing and new supplier introduction.
7.Oversea travel and on site support are expected.
Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with at least 5 years experience in TV product design including LCD TV and digital TV.
2.Good knowledge and product development background of digital TV including worldwide broadcast standards, LCD technology, and chipset solution, active and passive component.
3.Good knowledge of BOM system and component costing.
4.Strong knowledge in design and development process.
5.Proven track record in meeting the design requirement of Tier One customer, especially Japanese customer is preferred.
6.Experience in financing and accounting is a plus.
7.Good knowledge and experience in using MS office such as Excel, Power Point and MS Project.
8.Open mind and strong problem solving skills.
9.Good communication and inter personal skills.
10.Strong sense of responsibility and work independently with aggressive project schedule.
11.Fluent Mandarin and English in written and spoken communication, multiple language skills is a plus.
12.Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position.
