Requirements:
1. Diploma or bachelors in Information Technology
2. Excellent communication skills. (both verbal and written English)
3. Should have good knowledge on hardware and networking
4. Good knowledge about the fundamentals of different applications, operating systems like Windows 98, NT, and XP
5. Good job commitment, able to perform the job according to provided procedure and work independently, sometimes under pressure
6. Enthusiasm to learn new technological changes
7. Flexibility to work in shifts and willingness to relocate within the GSC according to the business need
Working hours:
24*7 hour rotating shift, including Sunday and Public Holiday;
