1. Program management skills. Responsible for new project introduction & on time delivery. Manage HP & Asus accounts.
2. Strong leadership capability in managing inter-departmental dynamics to fulfill customer requirement (cost, delivery & quality)
3. Team player, organize in work & good time management
4. Maintain accounts P & L
5. Support programs quotation, cost analysis & drive internal teams to meet customers quarterly cost reduction targets
6. Capacity review & planning
7. Knowledgable in plastic injection molding, stamping, decorative & complete product manufacturing
