Job Responsibility:
•Conceives and develops solutions to engineering programs through the application of professionally accepted engineering techniques, practices and procedures. Works on head-disc integration issues at drive integration factory where analysis of situation or data requires development of understanding of a variety of factors from upstream component to downstream process, test and assembly.
•Interfaces as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution. Assumes responsibility for product from launch to high volume production starting participation from early development stage. May have budget planning responsibilities.
•Leads a group of engineering professionals, acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet project schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Job Requirement
