Key Responsibility and Duties:
Manage all activities related to production line to meet customer requirement in shift basis 全面管理生产线的各项工作以满足客户要求。
Support or follow the yield and efficiency improvement with relevant department in shift basis. 跟踪产量，同相关部门配合提高生产率
Manpower count control, operator training and HPU monitor per product line. 生产线人员调配，操作工培训，生产计划出货情况监测。
Implement and follow the company regulation贯彻执行公司的规章制度
Process material and WIP control in shift basis 在线物流管理与品质改善
Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor in high polymer processing or engineering related field 本科学历，高分子材料与工程或相关理工专业。
More than three years work experience as line supervisor in FOE company(painting experience is preferred) 三年以上外资企业生产管理经验。
Good English reading and writing skill(prefer is have oral skill) 英语良好
Have experience on MRP program operating is a plus 熟悉MRP者优先
