Location:Beijing
Responsibilities:
Interface with TEC and design engineer on new painting supplier qualification.
Support the supplier/sub-contract to improvement the painting quality.
Do FA of painting rejection and quality analysis to push process improvement with supplier.
Follow the pre-production quality and yield.
Set up the painting machine and adjust the painting parameter.
Design the painting production line process and document.
Train the painting technician
Requirements:
Bachelor in major of Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Over 3 years experience as painting engineer or process engineer in plastic painting field.
Skilled on painting fixture design is a big plus
Good oral English and written English
工作地点：北京
职责：
负责注塑件喷涂相关的技术问题，近期内能去瑞典培训。
要求：
1. 化工相关专业，本科以上学历。
2．三年以上塑料喷涂行业喷涂工程师或工艺工程师经验。
3．悉喷涂设备的安装调试及生产过程控制。
