Responsibility:
1)To train the lean concept to DL & IDL.
2)As a facilitator in Kaizen Blitz.
3)Cultivate the culture of JIT and JIDOKA across company.
4)Follow up the progress and result of any Kaizen Blitz, as well as Gemba kaizen.
Qualification:
1)2~3 years working experience in IE or lean production.
2)college or above
3)familiar with Kaizen ,lean production and so on.
