Director of Quality, CD
LOCATION:Zhuhai
REPORTS TO:Plant Manager, CD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall quality management of the segment, including:
-Supervise Quality Engineering function to drive and keep above industrial standard product
quality
-Manage Supplier Quality Engineering team to drive continuous supplier quality improvement
-Maintain our quality management system to comply with ISO9000/OHSAS18000/ISO14000
requirement
-Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to achieve goals
-Develop and continuously improve methods, systems and processes in a complex and rapidly
changing environment to improve customer satisfaction.
-Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and
motivated workforce
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor Degree on EE, ME or related areas from famous university.
-Over 10 years work experience in manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years on quality
function
-Holding manager or above level position for at least 5 years in large or medium size
business company
-Good people manager with track records on keeping talents in the team
-Been trained for six-sigma methodology with GB certificate. BB certification is greatly
preferred
-Be familiar with basic quality tools and theory like SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, etc.
