Basic Requirement:
-Bachelor degree, Major of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-8 years working experience of quality function management at least,over 2 years manager experience, experience on cable product is preferred
-Be familiar with ISO9000(VER.2000) & TS16949 system
-Fluent English
Responsibility:
-Develop, maintain and improve quality system.
-Lead task force team to develop new quality system, or continuous improve project.
-Coordinate regular internal audit and follow up on corrective action effectiveness verification.
-Review and approval quality document, customer 8D report.
-Manufacturing Quality Assurance function management, and lead MQA team to achieve related goals of QA function.
-Lead cross function team for major customer quality issue analysis and corrective action implementation and effectiveness evaluation.
-Regular process audit and subcontractor audit.
