Requirements：
1.college education and above, more than 4 years work experience,
2.Familiar in electronic material and plastic material, be good at quality tools to analysis;
3.Have other related product introduction (Computer\phone\digital camera\printer, etc) work experience in NPI priority.
4.English fluent to written and basic oral communication skill,
Responsibility：
1)Conduct Quality Review Council with core suppliers to drive SRS, supplier CIP & SSBB program.
2)Establish supplier management programs including training, development, ESI with ODM & Customers.
3)Establish Q-agreement, Q-goal with suppliers.
4)Define KOI for supplier management and drive the improvement.
5)Conduct supplier qualification and surveillance audits for Flex. Sourced suppliers.
6)Conduct supplier plant survey / audit as & when necessary, poor quality suppliers with SQE& Procurement if necessary.
7)Support DM and Global on supplier/ Component qualification and follow up.
8)Coordinate the quality feedback on SRS program.
