Job Description:
Manage customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction; Assure design quality for product release.
- Clarify and handle customer complaint.
- Coordinate and reply customer survey (e.g. RoHS)
- Coordinate customer audit/visit and follow up action plan.
- Initiate and follow up Continuous Quality Improvement plan for strategic customers.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction on quality.
- Quality planning for new product (e.g. DVT, Qualification test, FMEA etc.)
- Failure analysis & improvement for product under development phase.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electronic engineering, with minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance at supervisor / manager level;
- Be familiar with assurance system (e.g. ISO9000) & EMS (e.g. ISO14001 & RoHS);
- Good command of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies;
- Knowledged and experienced on product reliability test;
- Good communication skills and strong costomer service oriented;
- Leadership skills and good teamwork spirit;
- Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English;
