Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new technology and process implementation in PCB assembly area;
- Responsible for the design of new process according new product needs;
- Responsible for NPI related activities, preparation and sustaining NPI-BA process/es;
- Can analyze the producibility of the product design during NPI build;
- Initiate and implement new process/es for SMT operation BA Process controls and improvement activities;
- Responsible for the continues development of program efficiency through SMT program optimization;
- Root cause analysis of product and process failures.
Basic Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics);
- 2 years or above experience in PCBA process;
- In-depth know-how in SPC tools, SMT Processes and Repair;
- Good background in "Underfilling Asymtek Machine" and its utilization;
- Can handle projects independently with minor supervision;
- Knowledge in Pb-free process, Fuji SMT machineries, DEK, MPM, ERSA a plus.
