Job Description:
1.Factory contact person/liason to BU (Business Unit) and R&D group
2.Production counterpart of MFE of the design site
3.Conduct sample run and follow up
Main tasks/responsibilities:
1.Co-ordination of technical issues
2.Consultant of R&D due to manufacturing problems for BU
3.Change management, product change process
4.Sample run management and launch to mass production
Professional Requirement:
1.University graduate with technical background (engineer, electronics, mechanical, industrial)
2.2 years experience in manufacturing site is preferred, strong individual initative, self motivated
3.Interest or experience in project management between development groups and factory for product launches
4.Interest or experience with global acting companies, languages; Chinese (Putonghua), English fluently
5.Ability to read technical drawings and documents
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills
