Job Description:
-Development of new Headlight lamps for Aftermarket and OEM. Accompany the product design phase from initial ideas, via first prototyping to implementation to manufacturing.
-Development of manufacturing processes incorporating new technologies and materials
-Feasibility studies on new product ideas and advanced maunfacturing processe
-Coordination of suppliers (PFR, quartz, tungsten, molybdenum, gas, sol gel, etc.)
-Guide R&D tasks and make sure that they are conducted under defined cost and time schedule
-Project planning and management in cooperation with internal departments
-Ensure that the lamp designs and process fulfills Osram requirement on safety and environmental protection
-Ensure that patent situation of new product development states is checked by patent search and that patents are applied for innovative results.
-Cooperation with development departments in Germany, USA and Asia
-Coach and mentor less experienced engineers and Check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years experience in relevant filed.
-Experience in multinational company environment is a plus
-Communication and interpersonal skills
