Responsibilities:
1.Able to lead a small team to work on process improve and new product launch to achieve specific targets on Yield, MFG, etc.
2.Communicating with design center and quality department for technical issues.
3.Responsible for establishing and maintain the engineering change procedure(ECN,TA).
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above on electronic or mechanical engineering.
2.At least 2 years solid experience on manufacturing of electronic components.
3.Knowledge in electronic/mechanical engineering.
4.competency on leading a small team to achieve engineering targets(Optional).
5.Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking, proficient in Ms-Office.
