• University Degree
• 5 years relevant experience with good knowledge of HR field
• Good level written and spoken English
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively
• A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Use various methods to identify organizational training needs
2. Assist GHR training manager to create training and development strategies that support performance expectations for functional areas
3. Establish and perfect the training system ,such as New Hire Orientation and On job
Training, In house training & Exterior training.
4. Deliver training as: staff and worker’s New Hire Orientation; Communication skill; Presentation Skill; Team work skill; Performance Management; TTT; Basic Management; Career development etc.
5. Exploit New courses.
6. Manage Performance Project by collect KPIs, check SMART principle and feedback to line managers.
