Job Description:
1. Establish effective test strategy cope with product portfolio and volume expansion
2. Develop & implement testing operation procedure
3. Liaise with R&D for testing system development in hardware & software for new project
4. Accountable for the test system control and security
5. Maintain test platform and tools in good quality level
6. Develop the team on testing knowledge and capability
Main Tasks / Responsibilities
1. Testing system capability fulfill business plan
2. Ensure effective testing and high quality product delivery
3. Fulfill new product sample making time schedule and testing quality assurance
4. Fulfill Bosch Information Security and Data Protection
5. Sustain equipment and facility capability and repeatability
6. Enhance of testing capability in ZhuP
Required Skill:
1. Testing system software development, say Labview
2. In-circuit tester knowledge both hardware and software
3. Experience Functional Testing of electronic products
Education/Experience:
1. University graduated in Automation, Electronic Engineering
2. English level: national 4 or above
3. 4-5 years experience working in foreign enterprise in electronic product field
