Key Responsibility:
1>.New project prototype sample structure and function analysis. List the suggested improvement to engineering department;
2>.Use FMEA and fish bone to analyze and evaluate the new project;
3>.Set down the check fixtures and assembly fixtures with IE;
4>.Follow the 1st shot sample,List all the defects to ENG for improvement and supply these samples to IE and workshop for fig making;
5>.Follow and qualify fixtures and equipments with IE and PE;
6>.Assist AM to lead the new project pilot run;
7>.Analyze and resolve the problems found in pilot run and ESB. If necessary, work out problem analysis reports;
8>.Follow the mold modification after ESB or pilot run;
9>.At mass production stage, for design problem should issue ECR, for incoming problem should issue CDN and arrange rework or sort;
10>.Compiled related ISO files about new project.
Requirement:
1>. College or above in mechanical engineering;
2>. Minimum 3 years related working experience in mechanical design or manufacture;
3>. Good command of English;
