Job Description
• Defines, designs, codes, unit-tests and debugs complex, multi-tier distributed Web 2.0 software applications.
• Will focus on Ajax front side + Web Services + POJO/POCO Domain Layer + Hibernate ORM architecture.
• Works with other engineers, QA, PM and Architect to design and implement application features.
• Involved in the development of new web-based products as well as providing support of existing products.
• Works closely with the Director of Information Services and CIO to ensure delivery of quality custom application development for MindHarbor and its Customers.
Qualifications
• For .Net developers: Solid experience with .NET framework, C#,
• or For Java developers: Solid experience any major Java EE framework, some experience with .Net Framework and C#.
• SQL and Relational Database
• Good knowledge of n-tier systems, OOA/D/P, Unit Testing
• Good experience with HTML
• Good English reading
• Experience with Hibernate/NHibernate or AJAX will be appreciated

• 熟悉 HTML, MS SQL Server
• 熟悉 n-tier 架构， OOA/D/P (面向对象的分析/设计/编程) ，单元测试
• 较强的英语阅读能力
