1.Degree in Engineering or related discipline
2.10 yrs experience in project management/product development in toy industry in which at least 3 yrs are in managerial position
4.Experience in development of infant toy, bouncer, bassinet, appliance, bottle & toddler etc.
5.Good knowledge of Safety Reliability Standard and Product Safety guideline
6.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and good leadership
7.Proficient in English and Mandarin
