主要职责:
- 组织日常生产；
- 分析生产数据并作出改善；
- 管理生产物料；
- 招聘并管理拉长及生产员工。
基本要求:
- 工程或相关专业大学本科或以上学历；
- 三年以上的电子厂生产管理经验，有IE经验者优先考虑；
- 良好的英文读写能力；
- 思维逻辑性强，有较强的解决问题的能力；
- 良好的领导能力和沟通技巧。
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize daily production operation.
- Production data analysis and improvement.
- Manage material flow in production floor.
- Recruit and coach line leaders and operators.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachaler degree with major in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- More than 3 years' production management experience in an electronics manufacturing company.
- Good command of English.
- Good logical thinking and problem solving skill.
