Main Responsibilities:
- Delivers agreed people processes across named account areas ensuring seamless HR services.
- Executes at local level of programs such as LiveLife, Helping Hands and specific local projects related to recruitment or labor assessment.
- Oversees recruitment activities in own area as agreed.
- Participates in key position recruitments when agreed.
- Participates in mgmt teams to deliver people processes agenda items.
- Participates in agreed talent management activities across the named account areas.
- Implements according to provided R&B guidance, i.e. salary budget guidance & review, CPR process, STP process, bonus & incentive guidance & review.
- Coordinates execution of the processes done with relevant Area HR Professionals.
- Supports Monitoring Business scorecard/people metrics & reporting. Ensures LtY related actions & follow-up.
- May participate in cross-functional change and development and in workforce balancing projects.
- May be responsible for transactional services, e.g. HR data maintenance, recruitment coordination/facilitation.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 3-4 years experience in HR field, with at least 2 years experience handling recruitment or people development independently.
- Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
- Strong computer application skills.
- Competence based interview skill and concept of assessment center.
- Familiar with recruitment channels and talent market nation-wide.
- General understanding of PRC labor laws .
