2.1 New Product Development (NPD/NPI) 新产品开发与导入
2.1.1 Ensure new products’ transition from initial feasibility and into manufacturing using the Company NPD process and procedures to achieve Cost, Quality and Timescale targets. 按照公司新产品开发流程确保新产品从开发启动到量产整个过程中达到成本、质量、项目进度的目标。
2.1.2 Establish in conjunction with purchasing and manufacturing teams, processes and equipment identified during New Product Development. 通过与采购及生产制造部门共同努力，在新产品开发阶段，工艺和设备得到批准和认可。
2.1.3 Identify tooling & fixture requirements. 定义模具及夹具的要求。
2.1.4 Ensure all NPD’s are performed in line with manufacturing strategies and policies. 确保新产品开发与生产制造的策略和政策相符合。
2.1.5 Ensure that all work undertaken conforms to the QA Management System.
确保所有从事的工作符合QA管理体系。
2.1.6 Reporting of project progress to Engineering Netherland.
项目进度汇报给荷兰工程部。
2.1.7 Experience with conductive paste silk screen is preferable.
有导电银浆丝印经验者优先考虑
2.2 Production Technical Support 产线技术支持
2.2.1 Factory support for production / quality issues.工厂生产及品质问题的支持。
2.2.2 Continual process development & improvement.持续工艺开发和改善。
2.2.3 New and existing tooling/fixture development.
新的以及现有的模具/夹具的开发
2.2.4 Tooling / fixture verification protocol development.
模具、夹具的验证测试方案的开发。
2.2.5 Sample inspection report (SIR) review/approval.样品检查报告检查和审批
2.2.6 Maintenance of Bills of materials (BOM’s).维护材料清单
2.2.7 Maintenance and generation of product drawings to specified standards.
维护产品图纸更新以满足产品规格
2.2.8 Liaison with overseas Engineering Team.与海外工程部同事沟通。
2.2.9 Control of design change in line with Company standard procedures.
按照公司流程对工程变更进行管控。
2.3 Cost Reduction成本控制
2.3.1 Facilitate cost reduction opportunities through materials, process and design improvements. 通过材料、工艺和设计改善，帮助降低成本。
2.3.2 Create test matrix and validation criteria for cost reduction activities.
对降低成本的项目，建立测试计划和确认标准。
2.3.3 Liaison with overseas Engineering Team on relevant change control and implementation. 对相关变更控制和执行与海外工程部沟通。
3 任职资格 (Qualifications required for the job)
High calibre candidates with a versatile and open mind-set and with the capability of coping effectively in a constantly changing environment. • Graduate Mechanical bachelor or equivalent 机械工程背景本科毕业或同等专业
• Previous experience in home appliance industry is preferred有家电行业工作经验者优先考虑
• Previous Product Development experience in a related industry
在咖啡机或食物料理机等相关行业有产品开发经验
• Planning experience an advantage 有规划经验者优先
• SolidWorks CAD awareness / proficiency is an advantage
有Solidworks CAD知识/或者精通者优先
• Fluent in Mandarin and English普通话和英文熟练
• Analytical – capable of stress calculations, design optimisation.

• Six-sigma training an advantage 六西格玛培训经历优先
• Self-Motivated and with a will to succeed 自我激历并且期望成功
• It may be necessary for the candidate to travel internationally. Sometimes may be needed at abroad for training & development purposes and to attend and report at key project meetings.
