Key Responsibilities
Ensure constant communication and assistance to the requesting departments to fully understand their goals and needs
Following up on new systems development milestones and work closely with the creative team to ensure state of the art product and on time delivery
Preparation of mockups, testing and training documentation for the developed systems (including maintenance and support part)
Taking ownership of customer issues reported through to resolution
Follow up user requests in a cross-team environment to ensure they are properly handled
Communicate and solve user issues via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
Person Specifications
College education or above.
Very good command of English (both oral and written) is a must.
IT background is a plus and project management experience is preferred.
CET-4 level or above.
5. Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
