岗位职责:
Primary Responsibilities:
An account manager who performs following duties
1. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers
2. Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities
3. Coordinate and Lead RFI, RFQ and RFP process for key accounts
4. Facilitate functional teams to ensure fulfillment and quality of NPI for key accounts
5. Prepare and present executive reports for internal and external teams
6. Manage P&L, forecast and budget commitment for key accounts
6. To share the P/L accountability assigned from BU head
7. To hit the top-line (revenue )and bottom line( GM)
8. To manage PM/ CS on project schedule and delivery
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with clients in order to identify their needs
2. Acting as the first point of contact for company clients
3. Dealing with client requests
4. Support/coordinate in designing marketing strategies and media proposals for a
product or service
5. Ensuring that clients pay on time
6. Ensuring that company outgoings are paid on time
7. Communicating client agendas to other members of staff
8. Setting up meetings
9. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the
timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
10. Liaising with other departments in the company according to client requirements
11. Giving presentations
12. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders
13. Forecast and track key account metrics
